1. Ownership & License

• PYCORE IDE is independently designed, developed, and owned by Aryan Singh.
• The software is provided completely free of charge. There are no paid tiers, subscriptions, or hidden license fees.
• You may freely download, install, and use the software for personal, educational, or organizational purposes.
• You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, or distribute malicious modifications of the core platform.

2. Privacy & Offline First

• PYCORE IDE is a 100% offline application.
• No Code Collection: We do NOT collect, read, or upload your source code, files, or local projects to the internet.
• Crash & Bug Reports: The application contains a built-in dialog for reporting bugs or crashes. If you choose to submit a report, your description, crash traceback, and optional contact details are securely transmitted to our database (hosted on Supabase) solely for the purpose of improving the software.

3. Disclaimer of Liability

• The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. While every effort is made to ensure reliability, we do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software — including lost work, data, or time.
